Neuropsychological Assessment & Treatment Services currently accepts the following commercial insurance plans*:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS)
• Optum/United Behavioral Health (UBH)
• UnitedHealthcare (UHC)

* Although Neuropsychological Assessment & Treatment Services currently accepts these insurance carriers, each client is responsible for verifying applicable coverage with their insurance carrier and will be held responsible for payment of any portions not covered by their insurance carrier, including without limitation amounts denied by the insurance carrier, applicable co-payments at the time of service, late cancellation/no-show fees and applicable expenses.  This is described in greater detail in the financial acknowledgement each client is required to sign as part of the intake process.
